Buddha in the Star of David

from $950.00

Energetic Transmission: Unity consciousness and peace

The owner of each fine art piece becomes a sponsor and steward of the shakti transmission (healing energy), which radiates into the home of the steward and out into the world. Each fine art piece is imbued with a specific vibration, calibrated to support the Earth and humanity at this pivotal moment in our evolution.

Sacred, universal shapes and patterns exist all around us and form the basic building blocks of everything in existence. In this painting, Leslie uses sacred geometry to help us align heart, mind and spirit to Source.

In the center are two intersecting triangles, forming a shape known as the Star of David, commonly associated with Judaism but also symbolizing the mystical principle, As Above, So Below, or on Earth as it is in Heaven. Equally it represents, As Within, So Without. In our world of duality, there is an inseparable relationship between the two complementary halves of every pair of opposites.

The Star of David is also a two-dimensional representation of a three-dimensional form known as the star tetrahedron—the intersection of two pyramids (tetrahedrons). This is the fundamental building block of all life in the universe. The star tetrahedron has been known since ancient times as a merkaba, a light vehicle for soul travel.

When Leslie created the painting, she and her life-partner, Brad, were traveling repeatedly to both Egypt and Israel, bringing groups, and praying and meditating for peace there. The intersecting pyramids represent Egypt, and the Star of David represents Israel. She placed the Buddha inside them symbolically to hold peace in the Middle East, to anchor the energy of unity consciousness between the polarizations.

This painting is available as a Giclée (museum-quality reproduction on canvas) and is also included in a set of six museum-quality greeting cards.
