Logistics and How to Apply

This an intimate retreat with limited spaces available, and we expect it to fill up.
Therefore, we encourage you to apply as soon as possible.

Pricing
The total price of the retreat is $6,595.00 (double-occupancy).
Single rooms are an additional $1,900.00, as available.
A $1,595.00 deposit is payable upon acceptance of your application.
The balance ($5,000.00 double-occupancy, $6,900.00 single) can be paid in full at the time of your deposit payment or split into an automated 8-month payment plan.
Please note that all balances must be fully cleared before the retreat begins.

Important Details
Flights
Arrival: Fly into Albuquerque (ABQ) on Saturday, August 28, 2027. Hyatt Tamaya Resort check-in is 4pm; arrive in time for our 5pm orientation.
Departure: Fly out of ABQ the afternoon of Thursday, September 9. Transfers from Taos are included for all September 9 afternoon flights.
Alternative: Depart ABQ Friday, September 10 and spend the extra day in historic Santa Fe, the city of holy faith. You'll arrange your own extra hotel night and airport transfer—not included in the retreat price.
Transfers
Transfers from ABQ (Albuquerque airport) to Hyatt Regency Tamaya Resort and Spa are not included in the price of the retreat. Please make your own arrangements to get there. You can take a taxi, Uber/Lyft or use a car service. Transfer to ABQ from Taos on September 9, 2027 is included for flights departing Albuquerque International (ABQ) after 12 pm.
Check-In/Check-Out
Check-in to your retreat accommodation is available only on the retreat start date, Saturday August 28, 2027. Check-out is on the retreat end date, Thursday September 9. If you choose to arrive early or depart late, please make private arrangements with the resorts where we’ll be staying (see itinerary). Or we are happy to offer advice about different accommodation.
Insurance
We highly recommend that guests consider purchasing travel insurance to protect their trip investments and peace of mind. Depending on your personal preferences, you may want to look into plans that cover unexpected trip cancellations, delays, or medical emergencies. Policy costs vary naturally based on factors like your age, point of origin, and the level of coverage you choose. We encourage you to consult with your preferred insurance provider or explore online comparison tools to find an option that best fits your individual needs.

Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy for this retreat is as follows: Reservations canceled up to 60 days prior to the retreat start date will forfeit 50 percent of the trip total (or total amount paid if less than 50 percent of trip total). Reservations canceled less than 60 days prior to the retreat start date are non-refundable. If we are forced to cancel due to what we reasonably perceive are conditions that would jeopardize the health or safety of our travelers, all money will be refunded or applied to a later journey. We have had to cancel for these reasons only once in our 28-year history.

To start the application process, please click the button and complete our online application form. You will be asked to provide a little information about yourself, complete some written essays and describe your motivations and intentions for the retreat.
You can expect to hear back from us within ten business days after submitting your application.
Upon acceptance, you will receive a welcome message with further information and details for the deposit payment of $1,595.00, which is required within one week to confirm your attendance.
Kindly note that this intimate retreat is open only to those who have participated in at least one CoreLight course.
