Teacher Training Program
The CoreLight Teacher Training course offers a profound training for living a life of harmonious integrity, insight and balance. Teacher Training students develop an expanded state of consciousness through a thorough immersion in timeless spiritual truths and the practical application of those truths in everyday life. A graduate of the Teacher Training Course is someone who, through their growth into a deeper awareness of reality and through their inspiration and maturity, is on a path towards helping others transform. Each person is supported on his or her own unique journey and individual calling. This course is intended for those souls who are moved by an inner fire to awaken and to serve humanity and the Earth in some meaningful capacity.
The course material takes the student into two distinct yet completely complementary aspects of exploration. It asks of the student a deep commitment to surrender and dissolve into Oneness through understanding the nature of the Self, as well as deepening the potential for awakening through learning to use a variety of processing techniques which rapidly transform lifetimes of egoic programming. It is the programmed egoic patterning that keeps humanity in separation, illusion and limitation. This two-pronged approach increases the student’s ability to access, embody and live from the non-dual state. This method constitutes a fast path and makes for a journey of rapid Self-discovery.
Teacher Training is offered as a four-year course, with registration on a semester-by-semester basis. The Teacher Training classes are supported by teachers, like-minded souls also on their own committed journey, who are available to guide and help the students troubleshoot issues in their lives.
Each semester’s course curriculum includes audio classes, reading and writing assignments and regular online and teleconference dialogues with a CoreLight teacher, in addition to a personal practice of journaling and daily meditation. All students are invited and encouraged to attend an annual in-residence Teacher Training conference, with Leslie and the CoreLight teachers.
The audio classes were designed by Leslie especially for the course, and also include discourses given by Leslie over the past 20 years on the perennial wisdom teachings. They explore such themes as The Human Imprint, Non-duality, Opening the Heart, and many others. Each of the eight semesters deals in depth with one or more of these core teachings. The reading assignments include a range of books from timeless spiritual classics to works by modern day experts on psychology and sociology, which augment the audio classes. Writing assignments are given as a way to concretize the teachings and to enable students to make them their own.
As with the Spiritual Warrior course, Leslie connects with class members through periodic e-mails and online postings about CoreLight news, collective energy shifts, current collective processes and how these affect your own transformation.
The course uses an interactive online forum for class members to download their class material and to connect with each other, their CoreLight teacher and Leslie in a web-based classroom and conference format. The forum also provides access to many articles written by Leslie, as well as all of the audio transcripts and written course materials. Additional web- and teleconference-based classes and seminars on a range of related subjects, given by Leslie and other teachers who are experts in their fields, are also periodically offered to the current student body and graduates.
As part of the course, a circle of loving beings who serve as mentors offer support to their peers on the path of spiritual transformation and awakening and are available regularly for guidance and in-depth personal processing. Mentors are heart-centered listeners who have successfully mastered the CoreLight processing techniques in their own lives, and many of them have had years of experience in assisting awakening souls.
