Shipping and Delivery
How do you ship?
The standard shipping method is via US Postal Service for both domestic and international orders. Alternatively, expedited delivery options by USPS express mail, FedEx or UPS can be selected during the checkout process. For further information or to confirm availability for international, overnight or 2nd day express service, please contact us by email: or phone: (505) 424-8844 ext 2, Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm mountain time.

Note: Tracking is not available for international orders sent via the standard shipping method. Tracking on international orders is available with USPS Express International Mail, UPS, and FedEx options.

How long will it take for my order to reach me?
Orders are processed Monday to Friday and are shipped within 1-3 business days of receiving the order. Depending on your location and shipping method, orders generally arrive within 4-7 business days for domestic orders and within 7-21 days for international orders.

What about Duty and Taxes?
All international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Contact your local customs office for further information.

How do I place my order securely?

Our shopping cart system is secure and your customer information is encrypted with the latest security protection. You can choose to create an account and your information will be securely saved for future use or you can, with the exception of downloadable items, opt to simply purchase your products as a guest without setting up an account.

In order to allow instant access to purchased downloads item links, you will be required to create an account if you are purchasing a downloadable product. The system is secure, though you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

Do you share my information?

CoreLight does not share your email address or other personal information. All information is secure and kept confidential.

Webstore Support, Product Returns or Questions
Can I return or exchange products I purchase here?
Yes. We will take back or exchange any items you are not satisfied with within 30 days of purchase. Please contact the CoreLight office by email:; or phone: (505) 424-8844 ext 2 for a return authorization. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

What do I do if the product I receive is defective or damaged?
Please notify the CoreLight office within 7 days of receipt of a damaged or defective item and we will ship you a replacement. At our discretion, we may request that you return the defective or damaged item before a replacement will be shipped.
How do update or change my email address or other account information?
You can log into and change your password and update your personal, shipping or billing information at any time. The system is secure, however, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. How do I place a mail order and pay by check?

Viewing Orders
How do I view my order after it is placed?
You will receive a confirmation email including products purchased. Additionally, you can log into My Account to view your order history at any time.

How do I download the mp3 audio files or transcripts I have purchased?
Once you have placed a successful order, you can log into My Account, to my downloadable products. You will then have access to links for all downloadable items purchased. For mp3 files, we offer two options. Chose the zipped file link, unless you have an unreliable internet connection. We also offer, for those who have difficulty downloading large files due to a slow or unstable internet connection, a track by track option. You have unlimited downloads available for any item purchased, as long as we offer the product for sale. For additional information, please see terms of use.
