Prayer Circle for Peace in the Middle East
Here is an example of a prayer to say once a day. Please tailor it to your own use. If you are not accustomed to praying, please hold the spirit of the prayer in your mind and heart:
Prayer
"We open our hearts and minds to the situation and the people of The Middle East,
We recognize the complex nature of the conflicts being played out there and pray for peace and resolution to manifest through grace.We pray that the people and government leaders be given solutions that will benefit all equally.
We pray for the spirit of generosity and forgiveness to move in and through the hearts of all people involved and direct our actions from a place of love and the desire for equanimity and mutuality for everyone.
We give thanks, knowing this is so. Shalom, Salaam, Peace."
