Week 1: Polarity Processing - topic to be chosen by those in attendance

Week 2 : Caring for our bodies while being on the conscious path, keeping our hearts open and being in community.

Week 3: Meditation service

Week 4: Continuation of caring for our bodies while being on the conscious path, keeping our hearts open and being in community.

The service includes:

~ dharma talks and sermons

Wednesdays 6:30PM to 8:30 PM Pacific:

QUIETING THE MIND THROUGH LIVING MINDFULLY

A Group to Assist in Spiritual Awakening
Areas of Focus:
Enhancing one’s spiritual practice and meditation to facilitate 
Inner peace
Working with the mind to unhook from its inner dialogue, thought patterns and fear programs
Practicing Surrendering as a process of letting go of fear and control and
moving into accepting what is and vulnerability of heart
Strengthening one’s attunement to the inner witness/observer self
Living with intention and focus
Shifting from “Doing” into “Being” and partnering with the Divine
Practicing loving in all that we do

Details:
New participants will be joining an existing group that meets every other Wednesday from 6:30-8:30pm in SE Portland.
This group is dynamic and its members are committed to awakening to their true essence, living a path of unity and love,
and to bringing joy into their lives.
$40 per session

Diane Steinbrecher, LCSW, CHT, MSWAC is a psychotherapist in private practice with 36 years experience
working with individuals, couples, families, and groups.  She specializes in identifying and helping change patterns
in one’s life, psycho-spiritual development and spiritual mentoring.
 Diane is a 2001 graduate from Corelight’s Teacher Training Program.
